Every bride wants a storybook wedding and our greatest pleasure is to capture all of the emotions, details and nuances of your wedding to help tell the story of YOUR big day. When will we get our pictures?
I fully understand the excitement of wanting to see and share your wedding pictures, so I usually have proofs ready in 3-4 weeks. I have been known to show a few sneak peak images a lot sooner than that though! Wedding albums are generally in your hands within 3-4 months.
Do you edit your images?
Your images will be edited for color and exposure consistency and print-ready upon delivery. I take some artistic license with some images if it enhances the story (e.g., B&W, vignetting, etc.). Basic retouching is complimentary for significant printed items you purchase, such as wall art and albums.
Do you charge for travel or multiple locations?
Every wedding day is unique and some have more locations than others, so we don't discriminate on that or charge extra for reasonable travel distances. If your wedding is more than 50 miles away from San Jose, CA, some travel fees may apply, but are evaluated on a case by case basis.
How many pictures do you take?
I really don't count, but I've never been in a situation where a client complained about not having enough pictures to chose from (haha!). On average you'll receive 60-100 images per hour of shooting. I do snap more than that, but do you the favor of removing outtakes (like blinks, test shots, duplicates, etc.). All of the images are edited for color, exposure, sharpness and white balance.
